RecommendedWe have absolutely loved living at Premier Lofts. We have lived in some poorly managed rentals in past years, so this was a refreshing change. I stayed for Mothers Day I'm a fan of Residence Inn and I stumbled on to this Took the family. I loved being here. I'm now scheduling my vacation in cities where they are located .It was clean. They had a lovely rooftop where u could enjoy yourself. It was spacious My sons friends drove out and stayed They had a blast too.

This place could be great. The actual building and the apartment are nice however a lot of the units are being rented out as hotel rooms on Stay Alfred, Booking .com and Air B&B. There are large groups of tourists taking over the common elements. If we were aware of this before we moved in we would have moved somewhere else.

Very roomy and centrally located. But, NO PARKING and you need car in Denver. They need to figure this out. Other than that I'd stay again, if not...never.

Poorly run building. They have basically fired their entire staff twice in the last year. Best and most popular amenity was a rooftop hot tub with the best view in Denver, but they removed it without even telling the building and have said they will not be replacing it.
