Our complex used them for several years. At first, they were about average and there was a site manager with whom we could communicate. Six months ago, the site manager left and was "replaced" by another. The new site manager was not on site while the crews worked and sometimes not even scheduled to be at work on those days. This resulted in a complete lack of communication and coordination.
