I use to be the designer there and was loyal to this company. But due to telling the customer the truth about our maintenance department in regards why a customer was complaining about her grass being a foot tall I was fired do to telling her it was because of thunderstorms and rain, we were a little behind. Its is not my fault that they can't keep up. Why should a customer be charged for once a week mowing if she is not getting it. Shouldn't she get a refund? What can I say, the truth hurts. When I try to put in a review two stars come up. They get 0 stars from me. We hired them to remove Two plam trees ,dig up roots on landscape and put new top soil. When they show up the men new nothing about digging up the roots and they brought no top soil. When contacted Jim side we doesn't do this for nothing. He didn't remember our conversation.
