Update: after a month or so, our cabinets were scratched all to hell. Even your fingernail hitting it while opening a drawer causes a nick in the paint. The touch up paint they gave us looks like a completely different color once applied, so that is worthless. It's been disappointing and we're going to have to completely start from scratch at this point because the cabinets look really rough. -------- This company has been a dream to work with. I recently had my cabinets painted and backsplash retiled and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. Nick did a great job when he initially came out explaining the process and showing me a sample of what it would look like. I did have some issues after the job was done and they handled it in a very professional and expedient manner. See edit: Nick contacted me and apologized. He was very honest and took responsibility for his actions. He got me exactly what I wanted on the proposal by the end of the business day when I requested it. Original review: NICK came out to our home on Friday. He took measurements and told us to expect the estimates on Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday I called and was told NICK was extremely busy, and was out of the office, but a note would be placed on his desk to provide the estimates by the end of the day.
