This dealership is 30 miles from my residence. Only scheduled oil change because it was complimentary after purchasing a new car. Arrive for my appointment today 15 minutes early, and am told they are running multiple hours behind..... can someone tell m re the point of an appointment?? I'd rather pay for the oil change at my normal place.
I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for service and maintenance! The one in Slidell is garbage on all fronts, but here they listen to you and care about your concerns. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and thorough. I will continue to come here for any issues that may arise in the future.
If you are Black and need your car repaired please do not use this Kia dealership. The mechanics are very racist and do not try to hide it plus who knows what other damage may happen. I'm more than sure Management knows of this issue. I find Kia Harvey is better and cheaper. I don't think a star should be given. Don't buy these cars not reliable at all really they are a Mess!
I purchased a Kia Telluride from Premier Kia of Kenner. The whole experience went very well. We test drove our model and had to order our Suv with the color/features that we wanted. They beat Costco, Sam's, and AARP's customer pricing. Alex was our fantastic salesperson. He was very informative and transparent. I haven't dealt with the service department, but they did a good job preparing our Suv for delivery.
