I wish I had read all the reviews first before I bought earrings. They don't do refunds; they want you to exchange only the items. Please check your items before you leave the store. I bought earrings, and when I got home, the earrings had a dent and a hole. When I returned them, they said they don't do refunds. The manager is not nice. Spent 40 bucks for a repair that lasted a week and half only to see how cheap of a repair it was, little metal ring clamped together came apart just putting the damn necklace on. Will not be coming back here again.

This location was extremely welcoming when I entered! I had just finished standing at a counter in another jewelry store, and went ignored for almost 10 minutes. This was when my friend noticed Premier Jewellers so we walked there. The place is definitely NOT lacking customer service!
