We had a great experience here. Ordered a ring and it came out beautifully, it also arrived on the promised date which was great. Chi and Kat were nice to work with as well! Thank you guys for your help!
Five stars for Priya, she was amazing and really worked with me to help understand what I wanted in a ring and pulled different styles so I could try everything out. BUT the other man behind the counter was awful not only to us but how he treated her. He was not able to see how she was helping us and tried to take over which ruined the experience.
One of the most awful customer service experience. I usually give people second chances because people may be having a bad day but I can’t excuse the rude and dishonest attitude of the staff at this location. Not only will they contradict their own pricing but they will force you to pick a specific type of material or design. They took an order for ring and quoted us a specific price, then the next day one of the female staff members called me to say that it will cost more than the quote, at this point I asked them to refund... read more
No bueno.
Absolutely terrible at customer service. Bought a watch right before Christmas, got only the card machine receipt, no proper receipt. No one mentioned no return policy. Found out when returned for a refund, the worst part is, their female supervisor was extremely rude, didn't want to hear me out or even apologize for their mistakes. Later on a male worker finally apologized and says will give an answer after talking to their head office. This level of service is unheard of.
