Sadly, when I contacted PIS to come to my home, located in New Braunfels, they first told me they were too busy to support my request. When I told them that I would be following up my request with additional year round services (I used my previous lawn care company from 2006 to 2019) I was then told that my property was outside of their service area...in New Braunfels...where their company is located. They also provided me with names of other companies that might service my lawn. Looks like my business will be going elsewher... read more

I called them about a zone not working and they came out and fixed a problem different then what i suspected. I left on vacation and came back the zone was still giving me problems. I called the company and was told they were too busy to help anyone but regular landscape customers. The other company I called came out and discovered the last tech left the valve in manual mode which was the source of my new problem. Professional Service, Professional Employees. Exceptionally reasonable prices. Corey fixed my main valve immediately, ran a system check on my control box, ensured all my sprinkler heads were working properly, and made some recommendations on watering. Thanks Corey, and your assistant, for excellent service. I'll be using you guys from now on, and will be more than happy to recommend you to others

I called Corey (New Braunfels Property Care) yesterday morning, he returned my call within a couple of hours and schedule me for the following day 8am. By 9am my sprinkler system was fixed! He replaced a faulty valve and a broken sprinkler head and also changed the times on my controller which was set incorrectly. He also ran the entire system to check operation. Very friendly and professional and very reasonable.

Very responsive at extremely reasonable prices. Will not try to upsell you, while still providing experienced advice. These folks will do anything they can to help on a short timeline, I have needed that twice with them. I have a larger project scheduled for later this year due to my past experience with them. Good people to work with.
