These are terrible people working in this office. Rude, disrespectful, not helpful, not sympathetic to patients at all.
You have to assign the doctor as your primary physician before able to make a month away appointment…. Smh
I called the answering service for a medication refill over the weekend and was met with attitude. She didn’t ask for my information, then put me on hold for what felt like a long time, then came back and said “I can only page the doctor for medical emergencies.” I felt horrible and discarded. Later that night, I did have a medical emergency. Remembering how she treated me over the phone still brings me to tears, she was rude and unkind. Hope she finds a job that she’s better suited for.
The rudest and most unprofessional receptionist I've ever spoken to. She hung up on me twice. Wouldn't let me get another question in and I wasn't being the slightest bit of rude. Her attitude was totally unwarranted and she should be fired. She just didn't want to help at all. My brother is a patient with a doctor there. "Dr ***** Is GoNE!
