You have to assign the doctor as your primary physician before able to make a month away appointment…. Smh

I called the answering service for a medication refill over the weekend and was met with attitude. She didn’t ask for my information, then put me on hold for what felt like a long time, then came back and said “I can only page the doctor for medical emergencies.” I felt horrible and discarded. Later that night, I did have a medical emergency. Remembering how she treated me over the phone still brings me to tears, she was rude and unkind. Hope she finds a job that she’s better suited for.

The rudest and most unprofessional receptionist I've ever spoken to. She hung up on me twice. Wouldn't let me get another question in and I wasn't being the slightest bit of rude. Her attitude was totally unwarranted and she should be fired. She just didn't want to help at all. My brother is a patient with a doctor there. "Dr ***** Is GoNE! Has been my doctor for 10 years and he’s the best and most caring.took care of my depression and anxiety. He changed my life for the better.
