Door says they close at 7. We get there at 6:25 and noticed she has the security gate already closed but OPEN sign still on. We park an decide to call and ask if they are open. They say yes, ok awesome. We walk up and first thing we hear is "We are closed". My wife let her know we just called not even a minute ago and asked if they were open and that we were on our way. She says "Sorry system down".......Nice excuse to turn down a customer in need. Touche insurance lady touche
