I don't know about their products but I can tell you that I was walking by, not sure where I was. Some fat guy came out and asked me what I was doing while I was consulting Google maps on my phone, and said if I took any pictures, he'd knock me out. Dude is nuts!
We work in the film industry and have have stored our equipment at premier for many years. Jeff treats you like family, great safe place.
Your owner is aggressive, demanding, and threatened citizens on a public street. You don't own the street and you need to learn how to interact with the public.
Terrible customer service and delusional boss. Boss be threatening people and making felonious claims as if he owns the street outside his establishment
