Very unhelpful and close minded regarding health care insurance alternative. Too bad since it would benefit them. Also, whomever answered the phone bordered on rude.
Dr. Tom Jones is excellent and has been Dads doctor for 40 years. Love his genuine concern and attention given to Dad. His staff Marily and Yomarly are sweet, caring and always smiling!
Dr. Jones is FABULOUS!!! But since Premier took over it is HORRIBLE... Do NOT expect a call back if you leave a message and talking to a person is almost impossible.. we are broken hearted this has happened in this practice...
Dr. Jones is my most favorite doctor in the world! He has been my primary physician for at least 30 years. I seriously owe my life due to his care. I really can't say enough about him, he is simply put, THE BEST!
