Absolutely horrible service! They've listed their imaging centers under Encompass group on my insurance website, not Premier Imaging! I asked my doctor's office to fax order to Lenexa office, week after order faxed in, I called they go our all our imaging is done at Premier Imaging in MO, we never got a fax or we would have forwarded it to them! So I called Premier ofc they never got the fax from Encompass, scheduling PERSON was so condescending and RUDE and hung up on me! She should not be working in any healthcare office! ... read more
***GO SOMEWHERE ELSE***. I had a 3:00p appointment. I arrived early at 2:47p. It is now 3:32p and I have not been called to the back. This is a complete disregard for my time and appointment. I will never return to this location again. I will say the receptionist was nice.
I got a call my appointment was at 4:00 pm it was about 2:58 stating if I leave at get to premiere image early I would be seen early. I arrivedat 3:20 and it's 4:28 and I'm still sitting in the lobby. Place was empty when I got here any now it's full of old farts coughing. I'm so disappointed. I could have stayed at work and arrived at 4 instead of rushing to get her only to wait. Only 1 black women looks to be working while everyone else is just running here and there. Horribly unprofessional radiology staff and gross facility. Had an MRI and marked clearly that I can be very claustrophobic. Started having a panic attack and the two technicians started laughing at me. Place smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and the bathroom was a wreck. Used scrubs all over the floor and stains on the toilet. I’d suggest just going somewhere else.
if i could give them 0 stars, i would. i was referred to premier imaging kc for additional labs before my surgery. gone 3.5 weeks without them ever contacting me. i have called premier imaging EVERY OTHER DAY & never got an answer or return. definitely, the lowest level of medical professionalism i've ever experienced.
