The service shop has always been professional, patient, clear about the work, courteous, friendly. Marvin is very professional, knows his stuff and is thoughtful. He goes the extra mile. And they all seem to enjoy working there together, which makes a lot of difference. Amanda is very friendly and you can tell everyone takes pride in the service they provide. I never feel pressured by upsellIng, I’m just presented with options which are clearly explained. I feel confident bringing my car here.
