Constant misinformation through the leasing process. The car is okay in the end. Has things I don't like about it. Still getting emailed, saying I have to change things about the lease and even randomly getting emails saying that I need to cancel the contract after signing a new lease documentation. Call for questions about things they promised with home EV charger discounts, and no one knows anything about it. And they're basically lying and saying that they don't know of anything like that. I bought a car online in 2021. I did everything I could to avoid dealing with the sales people but they constantly got in the way of me completing a purchase without them. They were pushy, uniformed, and straight up scammy. They delivered my car dirty with fees hidden in the contract. After recently purchasing a new Hyundai from another dealer, it was a reminder how bad this experience was.
I an revising this review due to the effort by the group. The car is got was leased and is an ioniq 5 2025 love everything about the car accept the seats which the angle just doesn't work for me had to use all the pillows. Elvis was the sales representative I worked with and he didn't pressure me for 3 weeks of communicating about which car I might get. He was personable and patient.
