This place sucks. I bought a car in March and it has been down hill from then. The phone never works and the website glitches. I finally take time from work to come and and the whole place is empty. The point of coming was to use the service coupon I was mailed yet once I arrive I'm told the were shut down last week THIS IS TOTAL CRAP
Is Hyundai closed or something? Why are we not informed or anything?
Just had the opportunity to be told that there is not a drop off service . . . even though I had made an appointment for one. The joy I experienced was added to by being told by someone, who self represented as being a manager, that he's seen people's car towed right in front of him when they parked in front of the buildingfor service and tried to use the drop off service.
