They were helpful and professional. I wish the timeframe for financing repairs that's the same as cash was more like 6 months rather than 3 but the fact you can at all is helpful. The person who helped me explained a warranty better than those who sold it to me. I wish they had seats under the big oak tree but again, I'm glad they had outside seating at all.
The transmission on my '24 Tuscon had a warranty default and needed to be replaced. They looked at it once in September, but did nothing because the "Check Engine light" wasn't on. I came back in October when the indicator light came on and it made a loud noise. I took a picture of it, so I could have proof. I came to the shop a few days later and the car was running really bad. I showed them proof of my "check engine light" and they were supposed to order the new transmission. Bought my car here and am usually satisfied with the service. I took it in today for routine service, specifically oil change and tire rotation. While there, I asked for them to check my back right tire for a puncture, as it had been losing air the past couple weeks and had to be refilled every couple days. Just got my car back, and I can tell that they didn't do rotate the tires or patch the back right tire, because the back right tire had lost 5 psi while it was there, while the rest were all normal.
Let me just start by saying BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR AN OIL CONSUMPTION TEST BEFORE 100,000 MILES. I want to make sure to make that clear for everyone reading this who may be having oil consumption issues. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst. They sell cars with bad engines. Look it up… GDI ENGINES QUICKLY BURN OIL… and I mean A LOT of oil.
