After placing call to Premier within 24 hours they sent me a text that tech was on the way to my house. Tech showed up and immediately went to perform a diagnostic on the particular heat pump system that was not working. Really quick he found a control wire that was not making proper contact on one of the inside units. Put system on line and it started heating.
