Not cheap, but they came on short notice to fix a serious electrical issue for the air conditioner that caused smoke in the unit. Arrived on time, fixed the issue promptly with new parts. Very happy overall. Will use them again when the time comes.
WARNING! Incompetent, unethical, shady and dishonest. I hired Premier to fix my HVAC system in the summer of 2023. It’s still not fixed. They charged tens of thousands of dollars and have completely abandoned the job. I’m now suing them. I also filed complaints w the NY AG’s office, the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. In addition, the last time they tried to fix the HVAC, they punched holes in the main trunk line and now the heat isn’t working properly. It’s been two summers with no AC and now th... read more

Excellent job cleaning. Impressive attention to detail. Didn't destroy my house. I'll def have them clean my ducts again. I called 4 places and they were the only ones who I felt would do a thorough job.
Communication was so good and top notch , The service was professional and scheduled technician arrived earlier than the time expected . Would definitely hire them again !!
