I used these folks for Maintenance/Cleanup of my current Mitsubishi spilt system. Everything was scheduled quickly and they stuck to the time table that they offered to me. The onsite Engineer was able to setup quickly and their tool stack did not require utilization of any of my home utilities. The supervisor stopped by twice to make sure everything was coming along as excepted. A+ for service, glad to know I have someone reliable in the area.

I recently had a Navien tankless water system installed by Premier at my condo and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My kid now has endless hot water for his baths and as a family, we can run the dishwasher and laundry at the same time. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable service and high-quality workmanship!

Premier HVAC installed Mitsubishi hyperheat minisplits in my 2 family house. They had competitive pricing and provided high quality work and are the highest level diamond Mitsubishi certified which gave me a 12 year warranty. Premier did a amazing job for home in Hawthorne NJ he and his team came all the way from Brooklyn to install my Mitsubishi mini split system a gorgeous job. The prices were really reasonable. Boris and his father listened to each and every of my needs and provided me service as needed. Couldn't be more happier with their service.

I would give zero stars if I could. I spoke with one of their team members who was extremely disrespectful and quoted me nearly five times more than other companies. It was obvious he was just trying to push the job off until Monday so he wouldn’t have to do it himself. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
