"I completed an application after reading an article about Mitsubishi mini-splits. Premier HVAC reached out and scheduled an appointment for an estimate the following week. Despite making me wait for over half a day, they never arrived. I consider this behavior highly unprofessional and irresponsible.

I had the pleasure of working with Premier HVAC services.From the very beginning, Mr. Boris is incredibly responsive and communicative. He had answer all my questions thoroughly and patiently, which gave me great confidence in the work being done. The quality of the work was outstanding. Mr. Boris is very hands-on and made sure his team maintained high standards throughout the entire project. It was clear that he genuinely cares about delivering excellent results and customer satisfaction. I’ll highly recommend this company.

I used these folks for Maintenance/Cleanup of my current Mitsubishi spilt system. Everything was scheduled quickly and they stuck to the time table that they offered to me. The onsite Engineer was able to setup quickly and their tool stack did not require utilization of any of my home utilities. The supervisor stopped by twice to make sure everything was coming along as excepted. A+ for service, glad to know I have someone reliable in the area.

I recently had a Navien tankless water system installed by Premier at my condo and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My kid now has endless hot water for his baths and as a family, we can run the dishwasher and laundry at the same time. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable service and high-quality workmanship!
