Premier replaced two HVAC units a year ago. I contacted Robert couple of days ago on a Sunday to troubleshoot one unit not working properly. He came out within 30mins of contact, discovered the air condenser iced over, and made an appointment the following day. He came out the next day and resolved the issue on the spot, faulty error code not activating the blower. Robert and Premier HVAC are hardworking, reliable and charges a fair price.
They fixed my HVAC system and were very Responsive. We needed a new part which they ordered and even handled the warranty paperwork. We had a sham issue afterwards and they can out and fixed it on the weekend at no charge. Very reliable and responsive
Our AC unit did not blow cold air one evening. The outside HVAC unit we had didn’t work (makes humming sound but fans don’t rotate) and apparently this particular unit is susceptible to small animals going in and living there since it’s not sealed off. We were able to get Premier HVAC LLC to come the next day (made a same day appointment) and they fixed it within 30 minutes!
