HORRIBLE no communication do respect there tenants. Slow slow service
I am a contractor and done work for this company at some of there properties in ******************* country view apartments and ******* apartments they owe me over $10,000 and no one with the company will answer my calls or even return calls or text or emails. This is not a good company to do contract work for. They lie to you and tell you what they think you wanna hear but it never happens. If youre in business to make money stay away from them.
I live at Creek Run Townhomes they never fix anything and when they do its not done properly they want the rent but you will wait months to get things fixed and sometimes years most of us have to come out of pocket and pay for our own repairs and we do not get reimbursed maintenance emergency never shows up and when you call Premier housing in Saint **** you can never get a hold of anyone the phone just rings and rings we cant keep a manager or a maintenance person so we have to wait for months to get our stuff repaired but ... read more
I live in Yorktown Continental Apts. it is a 12 story building with one laundry room which has 9 laundry machines, FOUR of this machines have been broken for months, this week a FIFTH one broke down. It a shame that I have to go to the laundromat to wash my clothes! This is negligence in maintenance. Fix them !
My family and I applied for a three bedroom residence at Creeks Run Townhomes in Chaska on May 19, 2017. We provided required documentation to property manager Ranell and June 2, 2017 we provided more documentation to Lisa at the corporate site in Saint Paul. I was told by Lisa that everything looked okay and we would receive a phone call from Ranell the following Tuesday or Wednesday as Lisa only process applications on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Creeks Run.
