This builder gave us keys to a brand-new home with mold in the crawlspace (among other issues). They then refused to take responsibility for it and suggested we call our insurance to make a claim. REALLY??? This is not what anyone wants to see when they move into their new home. WE DID.
This builder is a disaster. Our brand-new modular home had saturated insulation and MOLD in the crawlspace when we were given keys. The builder refuses to take responsibility for it. Stay FAR away from them!
