Absolutely loved working with Andrea and Premier Homes. When we sold our house, the buyers only gave us two weeks to move out to get our full asking price. We didn’t have time to shop around and the houses in Sawyer Ridge were absolutely beautiful so the choice was simple. Andrea made the entire process easy for us in an otherwise incredibly stressful situation. We were able to move in two days before closing and we absolutely love our new home in this beautiful neighborhood. Andrea is very sweet and very professional.
If you’re thinking about buying from this builder, stop and do your research. My home has flooding issues, cracking stucco, cracked concrete, and more structural problems. I’m not alone — at least six of my neighbors have been dealing with similar issues since the day their homes were built. What’s worse? The company refuses to take responsibility. Avoid Premier Homes at all costs. If I could give them zero stars I would. We have had many issues, but to name a few: When purchasing our home, we were misled about why the wrong sink was installed. It wasn’t until I discovered the truth that the sink we originally chose was finally put in. Since moving in, our foundation has been sinking, and we’ve had repeated plumbing problems. From the very beginning to the final closing day, our building representative Andrea at Premier Homes Inc. was absolutely fantastic. She meticulously ensured that every detail we desired was incorporated into our new home. Moving from Texas could have been stressful, but Andrea kept us incredibly well-informed with regular photo updates and detailed progress descriptions.
