Worst home buying experience ever - and I have purchased theee homes. Included things in paperwork never agreed on - including an Exorbitant good faith deposit - then wrote paperwork so I , the buyer , would pay closing costs . Absolutely no follow through , no communication ,nothing. Your realtor and title company get paid a Giid amount to have your back . We were completely screwed in this case . Horrible .
