We purchased our home in 2019. Excellent communication through the building process and after. When moved in, we had some issues that were taken care through the annual warranty. After 5 year living here we have had some minor issues to big issues from the doorbell not working, poor paint quality to the rock on our front porch cracking within the first year and now our garage door being damage by poor installation. Nothing makes me happier than checking in on this company and finding out they've been relegated to rent to own homes and nothing for sale. I was a contractor for these guys for 5 years with no issues. They attempted to try to be dr. Horton and started screwing over contractors and taking cheap labor over quality. I watched alot of superintendents and contractors get pushed out due to this model. Politics and nepotism run rampant here. This is our third transaction with Premier Homes, and once again, they have exceeded our expectations! We closed in just under three weeks, which is unbelievable! Horrible experience. Horrible communication from my project manager thru-out. Driveway poured wrong, Floors done.wrong, wall in wrong place, some wrong cabinet color, yard and Water runoff is still not right after they 'repaired it' and they quit answering my emails. I'm sure there are good people there, but not in my experience .
Re: Home efficiency I am thrilled about our electric bills! The insulation provided must be a great product and installed properly. Our home is almost twice the size as our prior home and our bill is similar or less. Thank you so much!
