PHS was great to work with. They replaced the siding on my home and added insulation to the walls. Price was competitive and Steve was great to work with. The installers did a great job and cleaned up the mess even went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I would recommend to anyone to call and ask for Steve he will make sure you get a great price and fix your issues.

Not Professional and very arrogant young guy. Very quick to judge people by appearance if their qualified to purchase, this guy is a wholesaler and not a direct buyer. Take it from a guy with over 30+ years of real estate experience and over 500+ properties.

I recently sold my one rental here in York. I had ENOUGH with taking care of the property, and dealing with my tenants behind on rent.
