Ok, first of all If you are hispanic be careful, because they will asume that you do not speak English and they will be rude!!!
I personally don't have any rent agreement with this company, but I know and I have work for the owner Mr. Davis and I can tell he is one exceptional person and landlord...... Always thinking on the good comfort of his tenants, and not overstaying but always worried that people live as comfortable possible as if was himself the one living on his properties! BTW, hello Mr. Davis!!!!

Terrible people. So instead of fixing all of the broken things in my apt that were broken before I moved in they decided their money would be better allocated in a sprinkler system that flooded my apt while I was out of town working. Sent a guy who had no idea how to remedy the situation. Slum lords
I was trying to find a rental home and they were very rude and no help. I was sent a list of places available and when asked if they met my criteria I was replied with a simple "no.none." via email.
