Got junk mail today in mail. Called to be taken off their mailing wanna grab a customer solititations mail. First man hung up on me did not give his name when I asked to be removed. Well I call back female answer I asked for mgr. Jessica came on she was told also and was told what her worker did. She said she'd look into it . The company was selected for the quality product. John was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. Whenever I encountered an issue, he responded quickly. The installation process was timely and went well. However, the wrong size door for my shower was ordered incorrectly. I understood that mistakes do occur, however the timeframe to order the correct size door and installation took longer than expected. Yesterday I had 14 missed calls from them. This is every day. I've asked two people to remove my number and they still call. All I wanted was to ask a few questions but they wouldn't even listen to the questions. They were high pressure to get someone out to my house. I just want them to stop calling but it's been weeks.
