They lie stating that they make their OWN product. This is NOT the case. It can be acquired by others. They are limited to their capabilities and are extremely disorganized. They charge a premium price for NOT premium capability and customer service. Just try calling for service. Good Luck. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. I am indeed a former employee with plenty of insight.

I would highly recommend calling them if you are in the market for a shower remodel. I got quotes from several other companies (the plastic insert type companies), and it really wasn’t what I wanted. I called premire Home pros and Joshua came out, thoroughly explained everything, and showed me why premire Home pros was a better option for me, without being pushy or making me feel pressured. He worked with my style and budget to reach a design that I liked, now I’m looking forward to my upcoming install date.
Lily Kay Peyton was very professional and a very knowledgeable representative. She paid close attention to detail and was very interested and paid great attention to our selections. She knows her stuff for sure. I highly recommend this company. Rates number 1 for us.
