Working with Premier Home Pros was a good experience. Our installer Roman and his assistant did a fantastic job. He explained the process very well and worked efficiently and with great professionalism. It was a very positive experience overall.
Chris and Brandon are remarkable. Loved chatting and going over plans for my bathroom redo. Everything was clear, straight forward and easy to understand. Prive was better than I imagined. This is only one post of two, when the project is completed, I will post pictures.
Our installer, Roman, was outstanding! He is a very knowledgeable and skilled hard worker and was meticulous with our shower and floor install. This company was easy to work with. We love our new bathroom!
We started our walk-in shower process on 10/08/2024 and we are still not complete and it is 12/05/2024: The installer made numerous mistakes, the custom doors were 5 inches short along with other issues. We are hopeful that Lashawn and Kevin can get things worked out soon! I am hopeful that I can update my review to an overwhelming positive one shortly. Time will tell. We love the product.
