I contracted Premier Home Pros for a shower demolition and replacement, but the experience has been extremely frustrating from the start. Communication and follow-through were poor. The bathroom remodel looks great however they need to finish installing the vanity. I've tried contacting them several times and still have not heard back. I'm hoping a Google review will encourage them to get back to me....
Both men answered all my questions and did everything to make sure that the offer was fit for my needs. I will be spending twice what I planned but am excited that they did the best to make it affordable.
Extremely poor experience! We thought going with a higher quality, more expensive bath to shower install would be a good decision longer term, but we were so wrong. We supposedly have a lifetime warranty, which seems like a joke as even with install issues raised right after - those have not been fixed for now over 2 months!
