I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for 10:00am today and I also responded to their text message confirming my appointment. I took the morning off from work. When I called I was told they called and I did not answer. I do not have any missed calls within the last 2 days so that is untrue. I would have never adjusted my work schedule if I had no intention of being home. Do not take time off from work for an estimate, you may be wasting your time.
