The communications was great while we were planning my project. I was sold on there customer service and professionalism. The conversion turned our very nice. We new that we needed to order a custom glass door for the walk in when we sighed the contract. The installers showed up with a door on day one. I questioned them about it being a stock door as I have paid for a customer cut door. Joe was amazing and extremely knowledgeable.
We canceled our project due to personal reasons. They canceled the project but didn’t cancel our loan agreement instead withdrew advance payment. I made several calls to the company and nobody returned my calls as promised. No one reassured me that they would cancel my loan agreement and keep me in the dark. So I followed up with the financial company and the financial company did the following up call with premier home. Finally, I was informed by the financial company that I am free from any obligation.
