First, if you need to get a hold of anyone who works for this company, best of luck. I tried to confirm my installation both from the sales agent I purchased contract of my bathroom installation from and the person who arranged the installation schedule. And NONE of them return my call or text. Second, the contractors who installed the shower came on time which is great. Until the processed began. Working with Premier Home Pros was a good experience. Our installer Roman and his assistant did a fantastic job. He explained the process very well and worked efficiently and with great professionalism. It was a very positive experience overall.
Chris and Brandon are remarkable. Loved chatting and going over plans for my bathroom redo. Everything was clear, straight forward and easy to understand. Prive was better than I imagined. This is only one post of two, when the project is completed, I will post pictures.
Our installer, Roman, was outstanding! He is a very knowledgeable and skilled hard worker and was meticulous with our shower and floor install. This company was easy to work with. We love our new bathroom!
