This was THE worst experience I have EVER had with a lender in my 17 years in this industry. They over promise and WAY under perform-delayed our closing 6 days with NO communication. Day of closing made numerous mistakes on closing docs causing numerous delays. No one takes ownership of their mistakes even the president and manager. I suggest investing in a higher quality lender who's goal is the consumer and to close ON TIME.
