I'm purchasing a new home and Todd did the water sewer pest and radon inspections. He was prompt, professional and very thorough. He made a stressful process much less so.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I reached out to half a dozen inspectors, and Todd was the only one that responded same day. He delivered a thorough report quickly, and the contract/payment/report delivery portal was easy to navigate and quick and efficient. Highly recommend and will use again.
