Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I reached out to half a dozen inspectors, and Todd was the only one that responded same day. He delivered a thorough report quickly, and the contract/payment/report delivery portal was easy to navigate and quick and efficient. Highly recommend and will use again.

As a real estate professional I have worked with Todd on numerous occasions in the past couple years. He is fantastic to work with. Every inspection has been professional, balanced, and thorough. I am always appreciative of his digital reports which offer insightful pictures and essentially a "manual" to the house which is great in the negotiating phase of buying and as a handy list for those little updates that you'll chip away at after you close.
