Had a great experience with Premiere this morning. Andrew came on short notice and spent time at the house with no rush and covered almost every nook and cranny with n nothing missed. With an emphasis on electrical panels, water and household critical systems, he was beyond thorough in his methodical Inspection of the house. Very timely report generated but spent time explaining as he was inspecting. Our experience with Erik for our home inspection was excellent. He is very knowledgeable throughout the inspection and takes a lot of time to discuss his findings (good and bad!). Would highly recommend.
