Erik was very thorough with what was available to see in the home inspection. We had radon checks completed in addition and received a comprehensive list of what needed to be rectified. Unfortunately, it seems the sellers tried and succeeded in disguising and hiding certain issues which arose at the first couple of weeks of living in the house.
