Stephen Martini inspected my home before I closed on the deal. The very first night I lived in the home, I gave my son a bath and the tub leaked water through the wall and into the other room. This was not at all in the inspection report. When I contacted Steve about the issue and asked him to help me figure out a way to resolve it, he was very combative and unhelpful. Using his wind mitigation survey, my insurance was going to cost twice as much as several of my neighbors. (Homes are EXACTLY alike in my neighborhood.) When asked to check his work, owner refused. Then became abusive. Called me names. I was able to stop payment thru my credit card company, but owner has never even apologized for his unprofessional behavior.

After having Steve do the home inspection on a home we were buying in Port Saint Lucie, we recommended him to our daughter who was also buying a home in West Palm Beach. Then we recommended him to friend who was buying a home. Bottom line, I wouldn't just recommend Steve, I HAVE! Great guy, very knowledgeable and very responsive.
