We have a great aide on Monday-Saturday, but their replacement aides routinely (every 2nd Week) call in sick or with some other excuse on Sundays and they simply do not solve urgent problems, leaving my mother unwashed, in feces and urine, and unable to go to the bathroom. We spend over 100000 dollars per annum and the aides get a small fraction of that as far as I can see by their review on this site. If I were able to start out originally with some other companies, I would.
