Premier HOA Management became our HOA management company almost a year ago. I have now come to understand what a management company should be doing on behalf of a homeowners association. Jeff is very knowledgeable and because of this provides good advice to those of us on the board.
I am an individual homeowner, and not an office holder. Our smaller HOA changed management to Premier after a very long engagement with another management group. Our transition has been smooth, and the new management has been patently more responsive than our erstwhile group. Premier, and our new board of directors have initiated desired, and long-overdue, changes already. We hope that this healthy trend will continue.
Worst experience ever! It’s practically impossible to get anyone in charge to respond to you about anything. Jeff is and continues to be nonexistent in my current situation. But he’s not shy to bombard the incorrect address with certified mail.
Great HOA management company. They do the tough work and still help save us money where they can. Our HOA was neglected for decades and things are finally turning around and there is a light at the end of the tunnel all thanks to Premier HOA Mangament.
We feel that there has been a marked improvement in the professional leadership of the Montecito Villa Association HOA since Jeff got involved. We are grateful for all his hard work on our behalf.
