Well, so far, so good. A new build with unexpected "do overs" , but we must say, not with our PREMIER HEATING & COOLING SYSTEM...thus far. The technicians over the years have been outstanding. I've notified the company each time a service tech completed his assigned task here. Today Jacob serviced our unit's entire system. Gave a full verbal report of what was done(followup with the specifics of maintenance inspection on invoice). Jacob was super courteous. CJ was excellent from Premier Heating and Cooling. Prompt and professional service to repair our heat pump covered under warranty. Ensured we made right long term decision.

The crew that came out to our house was very professional and so polite. The Premier guys did an outstanding job they laid drop cloths to ensure no mess and made sure me and my family had heat back in our house. I have been in the construction field my whole life and these gentlemen went above and beyond. I would recommend this company any day . 10/10 for these guys .
