We had Premier Heating and Air service our air conditioner they sent Sonny G as our technician and he was awesome! Friendly, courteous, professional and wicked smart! Fixed us up in no time! I have nothing but praises for him and this company! I know I can only give 5 stars but I would give 10 if I could!!:)
Today I experienced customer service on a level so amazing. Dan Whalen the GM came to my home to analyze my issue. He was so kind, patient, understanding, and very professional. He checked out the entire system Furnance/AC. Made some recommendations and was going to have his crew come out a do an upgrade on my AC at not cost. Ethan Rossin, one of Premiere Heatings’ techs, came to my house yesterday to do The annual inspection for my furnace. He was very thorough and checked everything out. He showed me where the air filter goes and gave me advice on what air filter to get, how often to replace it and how to care for my furnace. He was on time and very helpful in showing me the furnace and helping me with my nest thermostat.
