I’m very happy with my service by Don. He told me what the problem was and my cost. I was a little taken back with the cost, as I’m a Senior and live on fixed income. It would be nice if you offered a discount to seniors. Thanks again Don for great service.

The service was great, but $250 for a capacitor that was under warranty? The problem was diagnosed within ten minutes, and the part was replaced soon after. For some reason, the tech hung around for another 45 min. Still $250 for 1 hour of labor is extreme.
