This man ripped me off for about $20,000 for a heat pump. It turned out to NOT be a heat pump, but a giant electric furnace, wired incorrectly, and rigged to look as if new, when actually an old machine. If it were possible to find him I'd sue, but he's dissolved his business under this name. Still working in Alamogordo, however.
