Leaving a review for my brother. Premier installed his entire HVAC system in 2020. His a/c went out this past week so he called them. He wanted system checked out since he was out of house for awhile. They did diagnostics too. All they found was a thermostat not working. Over $500 for a thermostat and checking unit is crazy especially since a thermostat they installed shouldn’t go bad this soon. I know thermostat’s typically cost $100 but maybe $50 for an a/c company.
I would leave no stars if I could. I hired premier heating and air to be my service and maintenance company for my hvac system. Ever since hiring them I've had nothing but problems and things breaking on my unit. They send techs out which caused more damage or half A$$ repairs. Not fixing the problem or installing wrong parts . 11 times they were called out to fix a problem thats still on going due to there techs negligence.
