I have a particular kind of deafness that is hard/impossible to treat. Kevin recommended a hearing aid that may help. He doesn't carry it, so he told me to try elsewhere. That was impressive and shows that he is not in it for the money but for the welfare of his patients and will give you the best of care.
I kept going back and going back . The hearing aids would work for a few days and then quit. I finally gave up and went to Costco, Not perfect, but much much better. I E mailed Signia, but they took no responsibility and said Call Premier.
Our experience there was amazing! Kevin did my dad’s hearing test and was able to adjust his hearing aids within a couple minutes. He was extremely kind and patient with us and helped us tremendously. He cleaned the hearing aids, changed the filter, and gave us batteries. I would recommend this place to anyone looking, 10/10! Thank you Mr. Swan!!
