Kevin is very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I have been using his services for over 4 years.
My visit was highly successful for me. Kevin was extremely helpful answering all my questions, reprogramming my hearing aids and patiently showing me all the new applications that were placed on my smartphone.
Kevin was very professional and personable and resolved my problem with my hearing aids.
The staff was very friendly and I was seen promptly by Kevin Swan. He checked my hearing aides thoroughly and gave me a hearing test. He cleaned them and adjusted them then suggested I might look into the newer hearing aids as mine are very obsolete and need an upgrade. Left the choice up to me. No pressure to get new ones.
