They said patient care is their priority. However, they don't understand what patient's needs are. They even don't think about it. Their stupid policy makes all nurses fool or they are already fool. For some patients, not in emergency, checking vitals is bothering, not caring. For some patients, sleeping is crutial for quality and quantity of their life. I have been with Aveanna about a year. So far, I've met about 10 nurses, this is already ridiculous. What's worse, 80% nurses are a lack of qualification. I had to teach them from 0 level, sometimes over and over again. How frustrated. I am very sick of unteachableness, and just so wondering how they could be a nurse, seriously.
