Am having seizures, told them kepra wasn’t working and they told me they didn’t think I was having real seizures, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Any seizure is a real seizure even if it’s non epileptic. They wouldn’t prescribe my mother her adderall and told her that “we don’t prescribe meth”. Made my step dad go three days without any seizure medication even though he’s epileptic and has grand mal seizures. Premier is a NEW Addition to the Broken Health Care System. I used to be so grateful for this office. When we first started coming here, there was a sense of care, patience, and genuine attention that really stood out. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, that has changed in ways that have been disappointing and, at times, concerning. This is the most relaxing comforting doctors office I’ve ever been to all the staff is exceptional from the front desk to the nurse and the doctors they make you feel very comfortable and they are all very kind.
