Came in 40 minutes before close about rashes spreading up my leg with no over the counter drugs helping. They said they wouldn’t see me until the morning. Nurse or whoever it was was smug and said “we are fully booked”with no one in the building except myself. No one in the waiting room at all. Didn’t care what so ever about my health. Was forced to go to emergency room. What’s the point of saying you’re open until 9pm when you stop seeing patients at what? 8pm? Then say you’re closed at 8 pm then
This facilty will deny a patient who is having an allergy reaction! That lady on that frint desk should be ashamed on herself !
Got me in for treatment quickly. Excellent staff and communication.
I had made the appointment about 20 minutes before we walked in and we came in early and immediately were brought back to the exam room. The nurse practitioner was so polite throughout the whole pretesting process. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. I feel much better after my visit and I am very pleased with the experience!
