I visited this location after repeated attempts to contact my dentist. Compared to their "after hours" team, Andrew and Amanda were SUPER. Highly recommended, will return when necessary.
If you don’t have insurance card they don’t care about you. Even if you are in the system and and have a summary of your insurance benefits with ALL of the information with you, they will not use it. So if you are dying it doesn’t matter, need your insurance CARD! Go to a premier facility for sure !
Was short mannered, not helpful in trying to resolve the confusion and refused a service that is offered!
I would not go to this place ever my wife calls first they said they would see her then when she gets there they say she needs an appointment and turn her away. I just finished sending video of the situation to the Ohio state medical board and filled a detailed complaint so I’d go elsewhere if you need medical attention
