They are worse people I fall 2 times on there traps they it’s ppo insurance so I didn’t enroll my open enrollment charge me 550 a month for 6 moths my doctor prescribed the medication then I know they didn’t cover anything out of pocket 90 percent and they just pay only 10 percent they are stealing people money I want to cancel it have to 2 hours on call don’t fall on there trap

I have called several times to cancel my membership. I was told the first time that it was canceled and will receive my refund. I spoke with a supervisor and was told the same thing. I called 5 business days after only to find out the refund was not process . After I was sent a letter by email that the refund was processed and will be refunded to the original payment method. Please return my money.
