WOW! The customer service line is awful, uneducated, and just rude. I hope not all of their employees have as much attitude and general disrespect as the person I just spoke with. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name. I'm happy to be cancelling my policy with a company who clearly will hire anyone.
If i can give them 1/2 a star i will! I swear it is as if i am talking to robots who just have a script to follow and are not listening to me or what i want to do. If i burned the money i paid them, at least i would have enjoyed a bonfire! Avoid making the bad decision. Avoid calling them.

I got scammed by this company people who represent it they denied a ER visit for 20k in full claimed to be low deductible high coverage plan.
