This is the most unprofessional primary care facility we've ever had a non-pleasure of being associated with! They never answer their phone. After calling literally a hundred times, my wife and I decided to go down there so we can get the referral that we need. They gave us the runaround and gave us referrals for ultrasound services which we had already completed and werr trying to expedite the process moving forward to the next steps instead of repeating previously completed processes and tests. I have been coming to this office for a long time now. On and off. I stopped going there the first time because I moved, then the second time due to how unprofessional the staff was. It was really nice that they have massages, and sometimes (i use that word lightly)- the staff can be good. However, I can list so many different things that are wrong with this office.
