Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had a conversation about a bill and the lady said well to bad you are going to collections, I asked for her name and to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. Called back there Corp number waited on hold for 30 min. They were supposed to call me back. Haven’t heard from them in over 3 hours. I finally called back and the same situation happened with no return phone call.

My wife came to the ER Wed night with stomach pains. She was admitted and was there until this morning. Everyone was so kind and gracious. Her care was outstanding. We will use this hospital as needed.

Premier Health Partners is the absolute epitome of everything that is wrong with the American health system. They typify corporate greed, poor quality and an absolute disregard for any kind of customer service.
