Premier Health Columbia has really become one of the most unreliable urgent care centers in the area. During business hours all I ever get is their voicemail. Rushed my child there @ 10:30am this past Thursday only to find out that they were closed! Their hours on their website are 9:00-5:00pm M-F but that is not the case. Seems like they open/close when they feel like it and their hours online are just merely a suggestion. I went here for a check up as they were my pcp and I got a full workup. I have a severe phobia of needles and getting my blood drawn so it was a big deal for me to go to the doctor to do that. I had to be stuck twice because they couldn’t find my vain the first time and he fished the needle around in my arm which hurt pretty badly. Then the NP came in and that hurt pretty bad… however the NP did get the blood she needed for the tests she put in. Went on a Friday at around 330pm. Was seen quickly which was nice. Jo-Ann noticed an ear infection in my ear right away and told me she needed to swab my throat to make sure she ordered the correct antibiotic. She told me she would call me the following day (Saturday) with a result and send a prescription in for my antibiotics. I spent all day Saturday waiting for a phone call, it never came. My infection is now getting worse, instead of better, because I haven't been able to start on antibiotics yet. I'm not sure how this p... read more
