Highly recommend Dr. Jake. I came in for wrist pain, and had immediate relief. He provided exercises and ongoing treatment, all of which helped to alleviate the pain and regain mobility. He is always willing to address other problem areas, and provide exercises.
Dr. Jake has been super helpful with lower back pain I’ve had for months on end, which finally went away after being treated by Dr. Jake every week for the past few months. I sit at a desk for work all day and having bad posture doesn’t help. I love that Dr. Jake will prescribe a series of stretches and exercises that I can do at home until I see him the next week for treatment in the clinic. The team at PHC Castro is great. I’ve seen Dr. Jake a couple times and am always met with kindness and warmth. He patiently listens to my body’s various complaints and thoroughly addresses them. Jill at the front desk is helpful and friendly, making sure every person who enters is welcome. Highly recommend.
As an early bird who prefers to get treated outside of working hours, I love that this branch of PHC opens so early.
