I had a great experience with the chiropractor himself. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to calm my fears, which I really appreciated. However, the front desk experience could use improvement. When I first walked in, I didn’t feel very welcomed. Dr. Troy Willis and his team at Premier Health Chiro are awesome. They’re super friendly and always make me feel welcome. I really appreciate how accommodating they are with scheduling, plus, they stay open late, which is a lifesaver with my busy days. The front desk staff is great, and Dr. Willis takes his time to explain things without rushing. Great staff! The doctor is amazing! He knows what he is doing. I never visited a doctor that was steps ahead like him... I like that! He listens to you and is very clear on what needs to be done. I'm excited!
