Changing my grandmother’s provider because they like to make mistakes, such as scheduling out of business hours, then when you arrive at your scheduled time, they tell you unfortunately today is FRIDAY & we NEVER have patients at this time! We called, it was me who called & no I did NOT leave a message, I had to hang up & walk away. She miss understood I scheduled her before now sorry! Lovely staff Dr O is kind and compassionate he actually cares and really listens best Dr i have ever had in my 50 plus years and when is busy and I need to be seen right away I am happy to be seen the nurse practitioner Wong she is also very good
